Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of 11 crore rupees from a bank to make a film, but he has not repaid the money yet. As a result, the state-owned bank has seized his property. This information was reported by the Hindustan Times.

It is known that the Central Bank of India has locked up Rajpal Yadav’s house located in Seth Enclave Colony, near Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh. He had taken the loan from this bank and has not repaid it.

Rajpal Yadav had established a production house named Shree Naran Godavari Entertainment Limited. He had mortgaged the property that was in his parents' names to secure the loan from the bank. His production company is reportedly registered under his wife’s name.

The production house made a film featuring Rajpal Yadav and Om Puri, along with local actors from Shahjahanpur. However, the loan taken for making this film, initially 3 crore rupees, has now increased to 11 crore rupees due to non-repayment.

On August 8, the Central Bank placed a lock on his house without informing the local police. No official notice or confirmation regarding the property being seized has been issued so far.

This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. In 2010, he borrowed 5 crore rupees from Madhav Gopal Agarwal, but was unable to repay it. The amount eventually grew to 10 crore rupees, and due to his inability to repay the debt, he had to serve a prison sentence.

There has been no reaction from the actor regarding the property seizure.
